Your mission
As a Scrum Master, you will play a central role in cultivating a self-organized and cross-functional work environment, guiding the team(s) to produce high quality product iterations.
You coach the team members to work in a self-organized and cross-functional way
You help the team(s) to focus on creating high-quality product iterations
You support the team(s) in identifying and removing impediments
You ensure that all Scrum events take place and moderate them if necessary
Helping the organisation to better understand the scrum process through training and coaching
You develop the internal stakeholders management relationship
You coach the team(s) and POs with regard to the best agile practices and way of working
You are not alone! Together with a Scrum guild you support cross-functional development teams
