As a Scrum Master, you will play a central role in cultivating a self-organized and cross-functional work environment, guiding the team(s) to produce high quality product iterations.

• You coach the team members to work in a self-organized and cross-functional way

• You help the team(s) to focus on creating high-quality product iterations

• You support the team(s) in identifying and removing impediments

• You ensure that all Scrum events take place and moderate them if necessary

• Helping the organisation to better understand the scrum process through training and coaching

• You develop the internal stakeholders management relationship

• You coach the team(s) and POs with regard to the best agile practices and way of working

• You are not alone! Together with a Scrum guild you support cross-functional development teams

• You have successfully completed a Scrum Master qualification or comparable training to become a Scrum Master

• You already have 2 years of hands on experience in a Scrum Master position

• You live an agile mindset and have a motivating and goal-oriented personality

• A user-oriented way of thinking is pre-programmed in you

• You may have already gained initial experience in the eCommerce sector or are interested in doing so

• You are a communicative team player who quickly recognises dynamics within the team and can resolve conflicts sustainably

• You bring in all your creativity to make ceremonies such as retrospectives and reviews exciting

• You give structure to meetings and skilfully moderate to keep the team focused and efficient

• You have no problem quickly familiarising yourself with new project management tools

• You have already worked with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence), Miro (or other presentation tools)

• You are business fluent in English
